At Fable & Fern, we love telling visual stories that showcase all the unique qualities of your and your soon-to-be husband or wife. We’re a group of passionate and enthusiastic wedding professionals who routinely work together and are keen to deliver fabulous photos, videos and content that you’ll treasure for the rest of your lives.
We are dotted around Scotland so will happily cover the whole of the country (or further afield if you’re planning to tie the knot abroad). Booking through Fable & Fern means you only have to book once to get multiple exceptional suppliers. It also gives you the confidence that your creative team will work well together on the day and know their responsibilities inside out.

People always want to know what our style is. So here’s a wee breakdown and explainer:
• Documentary – allowing moments to unfurl naturally as far as possible (with the occasional slight adjustment or bit of direction)
• Candid – there’s nothing better than a truly authentic candid shot of a shared moment between the happy couple, or a guest giving it a proper belly-laugh
• Nature-led – from staggering landscape backdrops to wildflowers in soft focus, we incorporate the natural world whenever we can (especially in our couple portraits)
• Professional, friendly and discreet – we’re not there to be your new bestie or hype-people, but we’ll turn up on time, work hard, help out with any dramas or emergencies and generally be a calming presence on your big day
When the dancefloor has emptied, the confetti has been swept up and the hangover has receded, you’ll be left with each other, your wedding rings and what we’ve created for you.
